On the 1st of May 2000, Scott started a new venture, and purchased an 8 Wheel tipper, Volvo FM12 - W698 URD, and with it, planted the seed that would grow into one of the region’s most recognised haulage companies. Today, 25 years later, Scotts Plant & Haulage proudly celebrates a quarter-century of hard work, growth, and dedication to delivering quality and value.
Scotts Plant & Haulage began its journey as a department within the Jet Plant Hire Ltd group, designed to enhance the services they could offer. With a clear focus on reliability, value, and service, it wasn’t long before this new department carved out its own path, taking on bulk earth moving and aggregate delivery contracts in its own right.
By 2002, that momentum had earned the department its own name: Scotts Plant & Haulage.
The real turning point came in 2016 during a company restructure, when Scott bought the tipper division outright and founded Scotts Plant & Haulage Ltd. With full control, Scott took the company to new heights. From an initial fleet of 9 trucks, Scotts has grown to an impressive fleet of 20 tippers, with access to materials from every quarry and landfill site within a 30-mile radius of Evesham, Worcestershire.
Today, Scotts Plant & Haulage is proud to offer unbeatable delivery times, competitive pricing, and a reputation built on 25 years of dependable service. As a proud independent haulier and supplier, the company is uniquely positioned to handle the import and export of all materials from any site, large or small.
